Orangetheory Fitness North Raleigh Grand Opening Celebration

The wait is finally over! The much-anticipated new Orangetheory Fitness North Raleigh studio will be celebrating its grand opening with a VIP party and you’re invited!
Located in the popular Shops at Falls Village shopping center near T.J. Maxx, the new studio will host the official kickoff to classes with a celebration featuring music, food, drinks, demos and other fun activities on Thursday, Sept. 24 from 5 to 8 p.m.
The party will be the final opportunity for prospective new members to get reduced rates. There is no charge to attend the event or participate in onsite activities. For more information and to RSVP, visit the Facebook event.
Orangetheory Fitness is a unique group workout broken into intervals of cardio and strength training. Participants in each hour-long class wear heart rate monitors while working out to keep heart rates in a target zone that ignites metabolism, increases energy, and accelerates weight loss. The result is the Orange Effect – more energy, visible toning and extra calorie burn for up to 36 hours post-workout. Members can burn up to 1,000 calories per class and lose up to eight pounds per week.
